服務條款
1. 我們的服務費包括司機服務費、燃油費和車輛租賃費無額外隱藏費用。
2. 工作時間 07:00-22:00，非工作時間每小時加收 100-200 港元。
(具體收費視車型而定，每小時加收 350 港元至 700 港元不等）。
3. 點到點接送服務，等候時間為 30 分鐘，司機後續無行程的情況下超時收費為每小時 350 港元，機場接送落地免費等候一小時。
4. 時租及日租車費不包括超時費、過路費、停車費及隧道費，費用由客戶自行承擔，進入港島南，大嶼山、機場等偏遠地區收取HKD300。
5. 預訂前 3 天取消或更改日期無條件退款，48 小時內取消將扣除 50%，24 小時內取消將不退款。
6.大巴/小巴點對點免費等候15分鐘，司機後續無行程的，超時收取HKD350-750不等，司機若有行程，司機有權利直接離開不進行等候且費用不退
7.前往澳門直達車輛如需臨時更改時間請提前一日通知，若當日通知本公司無法調度非我司責任
6. 8 號或以上颱風信號，默認取消預訂，乘客可選擇改期或全額退款。
1. Our service fee includes driver service fee, fuel fee and vehicle rental fee with no additional hidden charges. 2.
2. 07:00-22:00 during working hours and HK$100-200 per hour extra for non-working hours.
(Depending on the car model, the additional charge ranges from HK$350 to HK$700 per hour.)
3. point-to-point transfer service, waiting time is 30 minutes, overtime charge is HK$350 per hour if the driver does not have any subsequent trips, and one hour waiting time is free for airport pick-up and drop-off.
4. Hourly and daily fares do not include overtime charges, tolls, parking fees and tunnel tolls, which are to be borne by the customer, and HKD300 will be charged for access to remote areas such as Hong Kong Island South, Lantau Island and the airport.
5. Cancellation or change of date 3 days before booking is unconditional refund, cancellation within 48 hours will be deducted 50%, cancellation within 24 hours will not be refunded.
6. 15 minutes free waiting time for point-to-point bus/minibus, if the driver does not have any travelling, the overtime charge will be HKD350-750, if the driver has any travelling, the driver has the right to leave without waiting and the charge is non-refundable.
7. If you need to change the time of the direct vehicle to Macau, please notify us one day in advance, if you notify us on the same day, we will not be able to dispatch the vehicle, it is not the responsibility of our company.
6. Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above will be cancelled by default, passengers can choose to reschedule or full refund.
