1. Our service fee includes driver service fee, fuel fee and vehicle rental fee.
2. Working hours 07:00-22:00, non-working hours extra 100-200 HKD per hour.
(Depending on the vehicle model, additional charges range from HK $350 to HK $700 per hour).
3. point to point transfer service, waiting time is 30 minutes, overtime charge is HK $350 per hour if the driver has no subsequent journey, and free waiting time is 1 hour for airport transfer upon landing.
4. 3 days prior to booking cancellation or change of date unconditional refund, within 48 hours will be deducted 50%, within 24 hours will not be refundable.
5. Bus/light bus waiting point to point for 15 minutes free, the driver has no subsequent trip, overtime charge HKD350-750 range
6. If you need to temporarily change the time of the direct vehicle to Macau, please inform us one day in advance. If we cannot schedule the vehicle on the same day, it is not our responsibility
7. typhoon signal No. 8 or above, the reservation will be cancelled by default, passengers can choose to reschedule or full refund
