1. Our service charge includes driver's service charge, fuel and vehicle rental, the above quote does not include tour guide.
2. Working hours 07:00-22:00, non-working hours extra 100-200 HKD per hour.
(Depending on the vehicle model, additional charges range from HK $350 to HK $700 per hour).
3. point to point transfer service, waiting time is 30 minutes, overtime charge is HK $350 per hour if the driver has no subsequent journey, and free waiting time is 1 hour for airport transfer upon landing.
4. Overtime, tolls, parking and tunnel charges are not included in the hourly and daily rental rates. The charges are borne by customers. HKD300 will be charged for access to the south of Hong Kong Island, Lantau Island, airport and other remote areas.
5. Unconditional refunds if cancelled or changed 3 days prior to booking, 50% will be deducted if cancelled within 48 hours, no refund if cancelled within 24 hours.
6. Bus/light bus waiting point to point for 15 minutes free, the driver has no subsequent trip, overtime charge HKD350-750 range
7. If you need to temporarily change the time of the direct vehicle to Macau, please inform us one day in advance. If we cannot schedule the vehicle on the same day, it is not our responsibility
6. Typhoon signal No. 8 or above, the reservation will be cancelled by default, passengers can choose to reschedule or full refund.
