You need to book a car at least 1 day in advance

The waiting time for point-to-point service does not exceed 30 minutes, and overtime charges range from HK$300 to HK$700 per hour depending on the vehicle type.
Hourly and daily rental:
1) The minimum hourly rental is 4 hours. If the itinerary involves an airport or the New Territories, the minimum rental is 8 hours. If the rental is less than 8 hours, an extra hour will be added.
2) The fee includes driver service fee, fuel fee, and vehicle. Tunnel and parking fees will be reimbursed.
Car rental service hours are 07:00-22:00, and there is an additional charge of HKD100 per hour for night use.
If the car is canceled 3 days in advance, the full amount will be refunded. If canceled within 48 hours, 50% of the fare will be deducted. If canceled within 24 hours, the full amount will be charged.
If you cancel the car on the day of bad weather with Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, you can reschedule or get a full refund.
