1. Our service fee includes driver service fee, fuel fee and vehicle rental fee.
2. Working hours are 07:00-22:00, and there is an additional charge of HKD 100-200 per hour during non-working hours.
(The specific charges depend on the vehicle type, ranging from HK$350 to HK$700 per hour).
3. For point-to-point pick-up service, the waiting time is 30 minutes. If the driver has no subsequent schedule, the overtime fee is HKD 350 per hour. Waiting for one hour upon arrival at the airport is free.
4. Hourly and daily car rental fees do not include overtime fees, tolls, parking fees and tunnel tolls. The costs are borne by the customer. HKD300 is charged when entering remote areas such as Hong Kong Island South, Lantau Island, and the airport.
5. Unconditional refund for cancellation or date change 3 days before booking. Cancellation within 48 hours will be deducted 50%, cancellation within 24 hours will be non-refundable.
6. Point-to-point bus/minibus waiting time is free for 15 minutes. If the driver has no subsequent journey, overtime charges ranging from HKD350-750 will be charged.
7. If you need to temporarily change the time of the direct train to Macau, please notify one day in advance. If we are notified on the same day that we cannot schedule it, it is not our responsibility.
6. If typhoon signal No. 8 or above is issued, the reservation will be canceled by default, and passengers can choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
